► CHALET RENTAL PER NIGHT LOW SEASON ◄
Possibility to rent for a night (minimum 3 nights) outside season, April, May, June. RATES BASED ON THE DATE OF STAY.

Rental conditions
NO PETS
LOW SEASON: May, June, September. (Arrivals and departures can be shifted during low season and it is possible to stay for less than a week)
HIGH SEASON: July, August. Minimum rental one week (7 nights). Arrival and departure dates for rentals are
limited from Saturday to Saturday.
BOOKINGS: By mail: please specify arrival and departure dates and include
cash deposit of 30% of the balance of your stay. 10 booking tax is extra.
A rental agreement will be sent to you in 2 copies. Please return a signed copy.
Optional CANCELLATION INSURANCE: 45, for cancellation. Total amount will be refunded.
CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation, (without cancellation insurance) excluding admin fees,
the following amounts will not be refunded:
20% of the deposit up to 2 months prior to the arrival date.
50% of the deposit between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival date.
80% of the deposit between 30 and 21 days prior to arrival date.
100% of the deposit 3 weeks prior to arrival date.
SERVICES INCLUDED: access to camping swimming pool, playground for kids aged 2 to 8, a washing machine is available for the chalets, 1 common barbeque.
PAID SERVICES: linen pack rental for 2 people = 25, sheets + towels for 1 person: 15
COMPULSORY FEES: cleaning fee 30, booking fee 10, tourist tax ( 0.40/Adult and children aged 13 /night)
CONDITIONS OF STAY: Time of arrival: the keys to your chalet will be available from 4pm.
Time of departure: You must check out of your chalet by 10am. A deposit of 200 Type A & B, 250 Type C & D, 300 Type E - is required prior to arrival and will be refunded on the day of departure if the inventory is present and correct, any damage will be repaired and the amount will be deducted from the deposit. The kitchenette must be left clean. No discount will be provided for late arrival or early departure. Pets are not allowed.
RATE: Our rate includes:
water, electricity, gas, blankets, pillows and pillowcases, cutlery, access to the swimming pool and playground for the children.
The management is not liable in case of theft.
On site, there is a shop, restaurant-pizzeria, pool, kids playground, table tennis.
